Required Qualifications and Experience
The required qualifications and experience for the announced positions at PCMMDC vary based on the role. For the Quantity Surveyor position, candidates must possess a 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering, with preference given to retired individuals from government departments such as C&W and MES. A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience is required, and the age limit is 65 years. The salary for this position ranges between PKR 40,000 to 50,000, along with additional perks as per the company’s HR policy.
For the Site Supervisor role, applicants must have a 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. The age limit for this position is 40 years, and the salary offered is between PKR 70,000 to 85,000, along with other benefits as per the HR policy.
The Office Assistant position requires candidates to have completed Intermediate education (12 years) from a recognized institute, along with a 3-month certificate in MS Office. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organizations and a typing speed of at least 60 WPM. The age limit for this position is 35 years, and the salary ranges between PKR 100,000 to 125,000, inclusive of additional perks as per HR policy.
